Stumbled upon this cozy fish and chips place after a visit to the Brooklyn Bridge. We were the last customer and they were getting ready to close up. The food came out fairly quickly. Options for both indoor and outdoor sitting.

Very fresh and tasty fare, fast and friendly service. The chips could have been a touch more golden, but they did prep ours quickly because they knew we were getting the train. Very reasonably priced too, much more so than the local pub/bistro. Would recommend a feed here after a hike or swim in the area! Will come again.

Purchased fresh green prawns from the corner and got them to fried here. Staff is friendly, chips and prawns were amazingly cooked. Thanks for the lovely meal.

Chips were good, but the fish & batter were quite boring. It's one giant piece, rather than a few smaller ones, so it's hard to share. A friend order the salt & pepper fish - also quite boring, and also chewy.
The atmosphere was kind of fun with chickens, a rooster, and a turkey hanging about, but the food was just average.

lovely setting by the bay we had a prawn 🦐 and salad burger in Brooklyn at Fitzies Fish and Chips! Fresh and delicious! We also tried a few oysters (they are quite small). Service was pleasant and fast

Fitzies truly makes one of the finest fish and chips. The food is always fresh, batter very light and crispy, simply a delight each and every time. Today we sampled some of the freshest, fattest oysters! We could not give enough praise. Friendly service with a smile! Five stars start to finish.
