Oh CUP! What would I do without you? Your Baristas, trivia and Bears, oh My! My neighborhood gem. My solace from work from home life. My place to connect with neighbors My favorite coffee — l am the coffee drinker I am today because of you. I miss you when I travel and I am grateful when I return. You are special because of the people, the ones you welcome everyday and the ones behind the bar slinging espresso. You are a coffee shop, but so much more than that, you are an establishment, a center of community. For this, you deserve a million stars! Thank you! Xx

Tip shaming barista demanded a tip as she handed me my cup of coffee before I even went to pay or had time to consider it. Left two stars saying I was just tip shamed and didn't like it. Then she went to Yelp to tip shame me again, and to disrespect me as a person. I was a first time paying customer. I said very little to her. I did tip as I probably would have but found the demand to be off-putting. This response came from someone at this business towards a customer and it is rather unbelievable. How do they keep a staff like this on hand? We also risk ourselves to give your shop business in the middle of a pandemic. Why risk ourselves for this garbage treatment. She honestly deserved no tip. This interaction really just caught me off guard and was rather terrible. I can't believe how unprofessional ​this person was and will not be back. Staff are systematically harassing me via Yelp Messenger and photos for my complain.

My friend was harassed and verbally attacked on a review site by staff/ friends of staff after writing a not so glowing review. This happened days after she bought a coffee here and went on for at least two days online. Multiple people messaged her and harassed her from this business. Who is to say it will not happen to you. Never heard of such a thing but it happened.
