This is the only Dunkin that I been to that charges per pump for the flavors. So 2 pumps of French vanilla will cost an extra 20 cents. A dime per pump. The employees blame the owner. It’s not the money but your the only place that does this? What’s next charge for the lid? He’s right by a hospital and he’s gonna nickel and dime health care workers. What a disgrace. Don’t go here!

It was so nasty and dirty, I wanted to sit down to have my coffee but it was so disgusting. It also take a long time to receive your order. The employee has no urgency just lagging gagging

No one there knew what a cheddar bagel twist was. I understand not having it but the bagel twist is on the website. Ok fine then, I took a grill cheese sandwich, because how bad can you screw that up. Mistake, with a little effort you can screw up anything. The bread was soaked with butter then toasted, not grilled. I got passed two small bites.
Do yourself a favor, get your coffee and leave don't stress them with food preparation and you may walk away stress-free.

Saw this post on Snagajobs for this location. VERY sad and disrespectful. Whoever this manager is needs to be fired ASAP this is not how you recruit new people. I would never work here and i hope the girl he/she is talking about sees this and finds better!

The staff on the driveway was so nasty, laughing at my husband’s accent in front of me. We felt so embarrassed. It is shame for dunkin donut to have such incompetent employee.
