Subway

Horrible customer service. Rude owner and staff. Didn't greet me after I said good afternoon, I had to repeat it, and he said "What!!" He saw the coupons in my hand, and pointed to the sign that said no coupons. I couldn't believe that. I don't mind the fact that they don't participate in the coupons, I do mind not being greeted and being given hand gestures without conversation. He could have simply said "we don't participate, however we do have other good deals". This was one of the worst and oddest experiences I have ever faced in Brooklyn. Don't waste your time or money going to this particular Subway's. Honestly, they shouldn't represent Subway's at all. They discredit the entire Franchise!! I went to other Subway's who didn't participate in the coupons, and purchased 2 delicious sandwiches for my husband and I.

One of the WORST Subway ever. Full of Attitude staff, will talk to you rudely and treat you like you are a beggar. It didn’t happen only once its a every time thing. Old ladies there with the attitude treating the customers like they ow them money. Im done with this location and BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.
