I have previously given a 2 star rating before. Hadn't been in a while but this past week I went again assuming that they must have improved. As far as coffee goes, it has improved. It went from awful to okay. But I took away a star because I payed in cash, and while at the register the woman who was about to hand me my change dropped some. Another coworker looked at her, laughed and said, "Don't worry about it, it's good luck." Afterword I stood there and waited to receive the rest of my change and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I was due $.68 but relieved $.61. Now, losing 7 cents won't hurt me, but, it was just how rude they were about it. It's a no from me. I won't be spending my money there again.

Staff can be indifferent at times. As the name infers, they sell donuts. However, there never seems to be an adequate amount in stock or on display. Early afternoon I requested a Blueberry muffin. I was told they had no more. They are now providing indoor seating with the usual 20 minute time limit for food consumption.

Generally the donuts are fresh but sometimes sold stale after sundown.
The large store is shared with Baskin Robbins and located near a subway terminal endpoint which consequently attracts vagrants.
Their parking lot is also very large with entrances & exits on 4th and 5th Avenues which occasionally subjects it to speeding drivers taking shortcuts.

Everytime I go I swear there's only one person working the register and at the same time handling food, so yeah at times you'll wait 20min just for coffee. Like don't tell me DD don't make enough to at least have 2 pll working. Other than that I love dunkins.

The only thing that’s good about this place is their Peking lot. One employee taking inside and online orders !!!!!

Bathroom is disgusting but place is nice and a lot of parking lines move fast food is fresh in the morning but the seating is always taken only reason I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts is I’m working right there or I wouldn’t go there

So make sure they honor the price that's posted on the item or on the wall not on the computer. That's bad customer service
