A young man works there with braided hair....what a pleasant person..friendly, greets you as you come and even suggested an alternative to my hot chocolate and whipped cream and it was amazing.. great employee..

i’m rating it 5 stars because there was some crazy lady that came in and began harassing the employees demanding a manager because nobody told her the pork was sausage. mind you she hadn’t even received the food OR paid for it yet. so here we are, all standing in line waiting for this basket case. i mean, if sausage doesn’t specifically say it ISN’T pork, anyone with an iota of a brain would assume the sausage is pork. jesus christ. lady, if you’re reading this, get a life. i just left, it’s 11:59 on monday 06/12 and you were wearing tennis shoes with a dressy outfit (strange choice). i’m only reviewing because i watched her take pictures of the menu in a “i’m leaving you a bad review” kind of way. grow up, lady. and to the employees at dunkin’, you handled it fantastically. hang in there!

Early morning hours are ran by an exemplary manager. On multiple occasions I’ve witnessed the impossible managed with patience, diligence, attention and care for each customer in possibly the busiest part of Brooklyn.

Came in this morning & wanted something a lil different than what was on the menu .The AA gentleman that was working around 10:30 was so nice and professional . Service was A1 & the coffee turned out just too Amazing!! Im am deff gonna come back to this location all the time now . Its the little things ….

Customer service is extraordinary some of the staff members take their time to make sure that your beverage and food is the way that you like it

Excellent and friendly service. The employees at the register and preparing your food gets to know you as a customer and know your order and how you like it. At times of they see you on line will ask you if you want the usual and start preparing so by the time you pay it is ready!!! The best!!!
