First of all, it says that the store closes at 9pm on Sunday, yet the store actually closes at 8pm...
I come in to the beacon street Nero quiet often, and the staff is just so extremely rude and unfriendly. I have been working for a coffee shop for over 4 years + many other customer service jobs and never in the world would I allow myself to be that rude to the customers. Totally makes me want to never come here.

I find the staff rude and quite unfriendly. I love the coffee but quite honestly, I am afraid to go in. Some of the staff just stare at you, not even a hello or some times they completely ignore you until they finish their conversation with the other staff. Again coffee is great, nice place to work and socialize but staff could be a bit polite.

Cozy, fireplace old books, current times, pun intended...can't remember the last time I read the NY Times (and I'm from NYC) but I perused today. Enjoy cappuccino and veggie frittata 🤗

The house coffee at Caffe Nero stands above the other coffee chains. The flavor: bold, chocolatey, and not fruity/citrusy. Plenty of seating. Good working environment. Clean bathroom. Highly recommended.
