Absolutely loved the service. Busy Sunday morning. Didn't wait long to be seated. Had one of the best servers. We also shared the same name. Ask for Courtney. They sang happy birthday received a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream. The food didn't take long to come out or the beverages. Table of 4 and all the food came out together. They didn't rush you leave because of the high volume. The only thing I really noticed this time was that the portion size of the side of avocado 🥑 got smaller the pieces were so small. Noticed the menu changed. The omelet options shrunk a Lil. Other variety of food options are available. Out of my other experiences, because I'm always being taken here for a breafast quick meal, this was one of my best. Unfortunately, one time last year, i still remember cutting my mouth on an egg shells in my eggs had to spit out my food because my mouth was bleeding and showed the manager was upset so didn't even finish with my food after the 2nd bite it happened. Overall way better experience. No mishaps.

The staff greeted me. I was seated promptly. The food was decent. Prepared properly, but the chicken fajita omelet was bland. How could so many ingredients be bland? That seems like a fete in itself.. smh I asked for the pancakes to be served when I finished the omelet, and that was executed flawlessly by the staff coordination. It sounds like I'm complicating this request, but you would be surprised how often IHOP staff botches it, and I'm leaving cold pancakes on the table. All in all, I had a good experience, and I told the waitress the tip was because she was nice enough. In my experience, her gratuitous reaction was genuine as she chuckled out a thank you sir. Good job.

The waitress Ms. Jones made me feel right at home. She's the best. The food was great. My coffee was hot. I had breakfast my brother had a double cheeseburger. He said it was delicious. there's free parking and if parking is full you can park across the street in the mall parking. They also have wheelchair accessibility. The price is affordable and they have a senior 55+ menu option. I recommend this place
