The Manger Jasmine has exceptional customer service skills . She was very pleasant to work with while assisting me with my minor issue. You can tell she values customers , and enjoys her work environment . i hope the employees can take after her ways , but they were very cheerful as well. Great management i will be returning .

The only reason we continue to order is because we like the food for takeout food. I have had more times my order was sent incorrect than correct. I’ll buy an extra side of wings, doesn’t come, pay for extra fries, don’t come, order 3 flavors, only get 2. On two other occasions, I’ve had an issue and called and they promised a refund for the item I didn’t receive and both times I never received the refund. We’ve picked up orders and missed sides, sauces, etc. We also ordered online, which dispatched through DoorDash, and the dasher calls and says they gave it to someone else and there’s nothing he can do, so we get no food. They offer no solution and tell me to call when a manager is in. I’ll definitely ONLY order directly through DD in the future so that if there’s an issue, they can issue my refund directly.

Wrong order was delivered by Ubereats, after being ordered online from Wing Stop site. No way to contact delivery service, but I talked to manager at Wing Stop. I was assured that my payment would be refunded and they would take it up with Ubereats. So I reordered my food again, different delivery service, though. My original payment has still not been refunded 3 weeks later. Wing Stop almost never answers their phone, so very difficult to deal with.
