Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell. Not this one. The employees are immature, rude, and incompetent. Incompetent to work for TACO BELL!! Wow. I've stopped by a few times (shame on me for coming back) and each experience is worse than the last. There may be quality employees but I'm never lucky enough to be graced with their presence. Instead, I get the cavorting ingrates who have no respect, courtesy, or communication skills. Its as if some high school kids that eat here just decided "I'm going to put on a headset and become an employee." And, in saying that, their formal training was complete. Here's what to expect if you come here: No sense of urgency (though its fast food). No friendly attitude or smile. No napkins. No acknowledgement you even exist if the employees have friends present. If this is how much they care about you as a customer ask yourself how much they care about preparing the food you are consuming. Again, love ya Taco Bell, but I need to stop punishing myself and go to a different location.

No one in drive thru, and took almost 10 minutes with 3 people to get my order wrong. Handed wet drinks with lid open, didn't give straws for drinks, cracked all the hard shell tacos in pieces. Called and said they would replace it, but I'm not going out again at 1030PM with work at 7. Said just to come in but didn't ask my name, my number, transaction number or anything to validate. Not very confident I will be getting my money back for unreceived items. So they won't get any more business.

I've been to many Taco Bells that were great, but this location is honestly the worst. First, the celling on the inside of falling apart. Not a good sign. The taco supreme was loaded with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and a teaspoon of meat. Same goes with my wrap. They must of been running out of meat...I will never go to this location again.
