McDonald’s manager is horrible at her job, had an issue with an online app for a promo, and instead of just giving the the fry we should’ve got she fought with me trying to make me pay for it when it should’ve been part of the promo, like seriously it’s a small fry. Get a manager who cares about the customer esp one that goes there consistently

Waited in drive thru lane for order to be taken. Three vehicles in other drive thru lane were taken while I was still waiting. Finally just pulled up to window to place order. If 2nd lane is out of order put a sign up. Order taker should alternate lanes when taking orders. Pretty simple concept.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would.
They have a bunch of young people that work there that does not care about customer service the food is never ready the place looks dingy and on more than 5 ocxasions my food was cold.
Tonight takes the cake I wont be back.

This is a temporary food patch for travelers on the tollway. It's like a food/fuel pit stop. We originally desired ice cream cones cause my lady friend needed her dairy fix to calm her medicine she took.
We got to the window only to hear 'we're sorry...our ice cream machine is down'.. really ? Lady friend threw a Mexican fit and she's Caucasian/Irish.
What's next McDonalds? U will start selling burgers with no meat ? Oh, snap...u r about to launch that plant based promotion. Wish this was a Burger King instead.

Only used the drive through and got 2 quarter pounders and 2 Cokes will not be getting any Cokes for $1.75 each

The drive thru use to be fast but now they take way longer. There's always a line and sometimes the line doesn't move for couple of minutes

If you want your order the way you want it, like only ketchup or no ice in the drink, then do yourself a favor and drive the extra 3 min to the McDonalds down the road.
