Stopped in for coffee, bagels and a dozen donuts this morning. The woman staffing the counter was so pleasant and kind and she also assembled everything I wanted quickly. A man who I believe is either the owner or manager went out of his way to help myself and my daughter with our purchases. Coming out from behind the counter to make sure everything was stable for transport, even held the door for us. A great experience. Thank you!

The stay need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Every time you order they always get it wrong. And some of the ladies that work there are very rude and unprofessional

These ladies get mad when u correct them on the order they took FROM U and if u ask a simple wuestion they catch a effin attitude like its ur fault if the job is to difficult to handle JUST QUIT 👏🏻👏🏻 period everytime is a nasty attitude 😒

I really don't understand how this place is still in business The line in the drive-through daily is ridiculous the staff cannot handle that alone Everyone working here is irritated and should definitely find other jobs cause customer service is not in there for A-day Is it worth it to drive to any other Dunkin donuts Every time I go here there's a mistake my last visit here I ordered 4 items 3 items were incorrect And even on the 2nd attempt to correct the mistake they still gave the wrong item If you can go to any other location
