Haven't had the best experiences the last 2 times I've been. Half the entrees were out and the cook wasn't even preparing more food. . . Staff couldn't really give answers about food wait times. . . Lacking leadership at this location. Positive note. . . First time I gone and they had Beijing beef ready!!! Please have options ready in a timely manner. . .

I can’t help myself. I keep coming back here, but I feel bloated - not because of portion size- but just bloated? Maybe I have an allergy? Could be. Parking in this part of the center is a little tight, but you can park in the rear without any trouble. Friendly staff will fill your order and shuttle you out quickly. Don’t linger.

All these reviews about the manager are making me question the place. I’m starting to believe it’s really the manager who is the problem. I spent nearly an hour for my wife to come out of panda. I went in myself to see what the problem was. The place was packed with only one person serving the costumers and the manager was cooking. I used to work at a Panda Express and I can tell you the manager is not supposed to be cooking, that is not their job. And he had three other cooks standing there doing nothing. Place is a mess. Looks very under staffed and unprofessional. Get it together!

30 minutes after order placed, I arrived as told on the app (6:45pm). Waited at the register. After 3 customers, a guy asked for a name on the order. He then tried to tell me that he couldn’t just trust a name. He needed me to prove that I was the one who placed the order. The customer next to me was even confused by this. He then started making the order. 🤦🏻‍♂️ So then there’s a wait on an item. All of this could have been simple. They waited 30 minutes to make my food, so this wait could have been avoided, and I wouldn’t be here writing a review.
