I usually stop here for lunch but.....
The new staff have not really come into their roles.....
It's been 3 weeks with inconsistent service and new team members that are just not catching on.
b James and Katie always seem happy and provide great customer service, can you just give them a raise and let them work more hours???
Invest in the people that bring in repeat business some of them
Put those new hires on a different shift untill they catch up to speed for a busy lunch.

Katie needs a raise ! I've been to this location several times. She is always very nice, patient, and positive. As a retail manager, I know how much people can make or break your business. You have a gem!!

The new employees they hired don't know what they are doing. Seriously don't have these new people on staff during the busy lunch period. James and Katie are great!

Shanelle our subway artist waited on us. She was the only one there and she was so good. She was patient and cheerful. Our food was good....i ordered 3 foot longs and a pizza. I hope she stays because she was working very hard with all the customers.

Me and my family bought chicken tariaki from this store we all got stomach problems. Been to toilet several times, and still having pain. And I conforms its from subway because we haven’t had anything else today other than subway in common. This need to be taken care of, you should not serve bad foods to public / customers. Its not appropriated.

Some older lady started my sandwiches but Christina finished them and she was rude and not professional at all I told her light sauce on my chicken teriyaki sub and she drenched the whole thing and I accidentally read my paper wrong and my co worker went to have his re made because I read the paper wrong and she was being once again super rude and refused to re make the sandwich I will never go back to this subway horrible
