Dunkin' Donuts

I come here every morning to get my ice coffee. The Girls that work here are great I'm not sure on a few of the names but big shout out to you all. I love how I don't have to shake my coffee when I get it from you guys. You ladies always make a great cup of coffee thank you .you ladies are appreciated❤️

Coffee tastes disgusting and the manager Monique is disgraceful. I go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin' every morning because this one not only has bad coffee, it has horrible customer service. Beware. Other Dunkin's in area will trade out your bad coffee for you and explained they get at least 5 people coming in per day switching out coffees from this store. They also wont hesitate to tell you how horrible this store and manager are, not that I needed confirmation! Laughable that surrounding stores expect to fix this stores mistakes DAILY

They are a little faster with their ordering, but coffee still taste like water. If you want regular coffee, make sure you ordering dark roast because their dark roast is equivalent to regular. Stop coming here for over a year and just swing by this morning to get quick coffee because it's on the way and what a big disappointment. It still hasn't change. Better off drive a little up the road and get real Dunkin' coffee at the intersection in Braintree.
