Arby's

The sign on the door said the restaurant was closing at 7 due to Father's day. So my friend and I went inside at 6:30, expecting service. The door was unlocked and there was plenty of staff, however we were informed that the lobby was closed. When we mentioned that the sign clearly stated 7, the staff backpedaled and then said the lobby always closes an hour early. There was no mention of this on the sign. We were not helped. There were two people total in my party and we were not obnoxious. There are other, better options in the area for a bite. Culver's, Taco Bell, and even the gas station across the street offer better service.

Went to Arby's at around 4:30 pm yesterday. The woman managing the drive through was very rude, she kept asking if we were done after each item with an annoyed tone. I understand people are stressed because of being short staffed but there's no reason to take it out on your customers. Our fries were small bits and pieces and too crispy too. Just disappointed. Won't go back anytime soon.
