Always have to wait a super long time unless it's not busy at all. The amount of my food was subpar and my drink was watered down. The entrances and exits are pretty awkward. The food was really good though. But just go to Popeyes if you don't have time to waste

Waited 53 minutes in line then when I got up there the first thing I noticed was the girl that was handling the food had no gloves on and a ponytail holder wrapped around her wrist the gentleman had a pair of tongs that he was rubbing on his shirt like he was playing music with drumsticks, there was one woman that had one glove on for whatever that's worth. Overall this place is unsanitary for my taste and I'm sorry to say I won't be back.

I'm from Kentucky I love KFC. I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. it seemed like there was a little confusion about everyone's' roll who were working. There were people going this way and that, and it seemed a little disoriented.

Worst workers i’ve ever seen at a fast food place. I work for DD and I was picking up an order. Waited 10 minutes and walked out because the few workers in the kitchen were moving at a snails pace. As I left I saw half the kitchen out back on their smoke break. Clearly none of these people are going anywhere in life. Worst workers, very sad!

I always get sick when I eat at any KFC. I love the taste of the food but it don't matter if I eat the original fried chicken or macncheese I either get diarrhea or throw up :(

The food was not fresh and it was nasty. It taste like the grease has not been changed in a while. The legs didn't have meat on two of the legs.

They are slow real slow, the CEO needs to hire and pay more to keep good staff. Some staff at KFC on 31 Bypass are rude and unprofessional.

I typically love me some KFC if I’m going for some kitchen, especially their drum & thigh combo. However now that it is no longer a $5 combo, I do not get it as much especially with how small last few times these chicken pieces were. Tried your chicken bowl dish and the tenders on that are simply disappointing. It’s just greasy breading with some pretenses of chicken. Truly disappointed.
