She made me a red velvet cake very last minute & came out beautifully! She put in a lot of effort despite the fact that she was almost closing up. Didnt get her name but she was wonderful! Great cake & Great service

We came here for a mango flavour cake and the lady working here said it was out of stock but I really wanted the mango cake so she said she will make it within 1 hour and she made it. It looks very nice. Thank you to all th3 staff in roman road and thank you cake box.

Quick service, cake was ordered quick and they provided product before the time they mentioned when I ordered online. Staff were friendly and cheerful despite the hot weather and were very pleasant.
