This store has enjoyed a renaissance under manager Georgia, who has really pulled things into order, following a few difficult years. The store is very clean and well maintained. The coffee is excellent. Lily, in particular is fabulous barista, who always prepares my mocha to a very high standard. It might be a corporate /franchise—type entity but this is the best coffee shop in central Bournemouth.

I went to Caffè Nero on Friday and I just had to post a review. The girl in the red t-shirt who served us was so welcoming and had amazing customer service, it was a shame I didn’t get her name. The latte I ordered was made to perfection. I will most definitely be coming back again

We went for breakfast... My latte was lovely.. They even had a few gluten free treats that I could have.. The girl who served us was so good and gave excellent customer service... Blonde lady with plaits... I didn't get her name, but she deserves a mention
