Excellent place for a quick snack or breakfast. The pastries are to die for and the coffee is breathtaking. Also, the service is remarkable which they make you feel like your at home.

My wife and I are great fans of Spruce. We usually frequent the Pearl street location. But were lucky to find this location on Pearl Parkway, during a windstorm. The atmosphere is more modern/hipster then Pearl street. With excellent dine in and out. Same wonderful coffee, food, and service. With the added benefit of sanctuary from the elements.

Plenty of parking, staff not so friendly but coffee drinks are good. Not a great place for those that are allergic to nuts. Most all bakery items have them. Chai was awful and I threw it out.

Great coffee, friendly atmosphere and homemade snacks and lunch items! Would definitely recommend this to friends and family! Also within walking distance of a bunch of Boulder office building.

The newest Cohen outpost, similar vibe/culture to the other locations,, familiar pastries, soups, and sandwiches, not the height of ambiance, but reliable....standouts are Spruce Juice (Spruce's been doing cold brew way longer that it's been cool), and the stellar breakfast burritos.

Great coffee, great people. I like to work here some mornings. The barista and I had a good laugh about his foam art mishap.

They have a really good selection of baked goods. The coffee however is just okay. Not great but not bad either. It's the closest coffee shop to my office and has a good selection of snacks, soups and burritos.
Vegetarians and vegans have limited options.
