I visit that Dunkin Donuts on Causeway St. every day! The service, food & employees are great!

Great service considering I was there at 2 am, I don't remember the man's name but he was very nice and made a great coffee.

Got my order fast! Felt horrible though so understaffed only one person was doing all the orders + taking orders. People taking things out the fridge without paying felt so bad. Need more staff to support 24 hrs.

Only problem is they don't melt the sugar on a nice coffee and they give it to you with coffee all over the top of it all depends who you get but I love Duncan's wish you had pumpkin spice year round but it's usually not too crowded so this is why I go here friendly staff

8:27, Just got my usual (large iced matcha latte with 3 pumps of blueberry) and it was made by a sweet Hispanic fella. This is the best made matcha latte I've ever had! Like I know it's something so small but it really puts me in a great mood when my drink is made right because it is usually chunky and doesn't end up getting any blueberry. This guy made it quick and well and that's no the usual so thank you.

Lots of donut options at this Dunkin’ compared to the one near hit. Our hot caramel craze latte became cold too fast and was way too sugary at the end - not sure if they mixed it properly.

Friendly people who work there. The owners of this Dunkin’ are working to make the building more accessible for people with Disabilities. They ask me a person in a wheelchair how to make everything better. I am grateful to have them and this Dunkin’ to go to.

It's absolutely fantastic. There is nothing I look forward to more than going into D&D @3am on causeway with the fine pillars of our society always there to greet me. Highlight of my day.

Best coffee ever! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The selection is huge and many varieties of donuts. Not too sweet. The bagels are also very nice. Five Stars.

Completely out-of-the-way, always open, caffeine addictsnever need to worry about going without a coffee because these guys are always open! No seating, no bathroom and very little elbow. There is a standing bar, completely in the way of the line, but I’ve stood there for over an hour with a few friends as if they were entirely OK to be half in a line and half at a bar, if you don’t mind feeling like you’re blocking line you can chill for as long as you like, myself and 3 friends made ourselves at home without any issues for an joe and a half at 4:30am. BONSUS FOR THOSE STILL READING; there is a accessible and functional outlet to the left of the counter, across from the trash and napkins.
