I think this is the good location in the area. I have been there 3x over a couple months and the food was fresh each time. Went inside once and it was clean, updated and great service. I also appreciate the deals on the app.

I haven't been in the McDonald's since 2019.
I was quite surprised walking in. They've completely remodeled the inside. It's really really nice. Everything was very good , the food , the service. I'll definitely go there again.

Credit where Credit is due. McDonalds sucks these days lets me honest, we wait forever for cold food. HOWEVER, This was by far my best experience at a McDonalds I've ever had. We went through the drive thru. half expecting a long wait. We paid and were asked to move to the forward window since our food was not ready. Ooo, warm food, yes please.
The burgers were hot, delicious, and for once not a complete mess. Our Nuggies were also good. They remembered the sauce and napkins. And despite being moved to the waiting window we really didn't wait that long. The employees were smiles and very nice as well. I had to check that we were actually at a McDonalds, I couldn't believe it.

Delivery truck blocked one drive-through lane making it difficult to navigate to the only open lane.

They are so nice here at the Boardman McDonalds. The food is fresh and very fast. I always say “I love the square fish” the best.

Usually my experience when going through the drive through the customer service sucked very rude. But for the last 2 weeks there has been a very pleasant young lady always smiling and very respectful. Now they need more like her.
