Restaurant was freezing, we were sat with our coats on. The staff were just stood on their phones and not very interested in the customers. The food was super greasy and the batter was dark, like the oil in the vats needed changing. Not be going back there unless it’s for a pint and there are different staff on.
Visited twice this month and its absolutely freezing, too cold to take off your coat, also coffees should be hot not lukewarm.
First time visit and was very impressed. The Mighty Stack burger was absolutely delicious, massive and not that expensive. Drinks were fairly cheap as well. The place looks well kept and the staff is friendly. There's a nice atmosphere. They also have the best chicken wings I've ever had.

First time I've food at Yates I went for the mixed grill with onion rings and sauce as extras pint of beer all for less than £14 don't get me wrong the food was nice but it wasn't the biggest grill I've had but it was enough to fill me up

Mediocre food. Pretty sure my burger was just a cheap one from asda, the rest of the food was alright but nothing amazing. You can order trough an app which is convenient.
