Mcdonald's

Got a big breakfast with pancakes through drive through. The whole meal was all over the bottom of the bag. Was never secured properly. The girl in drive through was having multiple conversations with coworkers about her night. No butter given, food was cold, eggs overcooked and just a bad experience. I usually have never had issues before at this McDonald's. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Almost called manager when I got home, but felt he or she wasn't going to help. Take pride in anything you do people regarding your job. I am a loyal good customer, business's rely on regulars in today's climate. I usually give great, positive feedback because I know the food business is a tough business. But it was a slow day. No excuse, it kills me to write such a bad review. That's how upset I was. Had to buy another breakfast at another establishment, that should never happen. Take care.

I place a online order but something came up;I cant go to get it. Then I call their manager to cancel my order. But they said they cant cancel it and manager not there. Next Monday I call the manager and she said I wouldnt be charge since I didn’t come. Then next Monday I call the manager but she wasnt there and only general manager was there. I told the general manager about what happened. Then she said they cant do anything and I have to put in a request on their website for assistance. So this is ridiculous, why cant they tell me in the beginning. So the general manager and its staff members are messing with me. Then I try to call again for more questions. But my call was blocked by them. So I am disappointed in your service and you should hire new/nice attitude staffs and managers. So I will never go there again. This place and it’s mobile app is a total scam.
