It's been a while since I've been here. Been frequenting the other establishment, Melt.
Our waiter Michel was amazing. Very polite, attentive and had a great etiquette.
The food was amazing. Bacon wrapped scallops were tasty.
The crab cake burger was flavorful and the steak frites was cooked to temperature, tender and seasoned well.
My fault for not coming here more often.
Quality is amazing over the years.

Great overall service, food selection, ambiance, and space for special dinner events and celebrations. Even though it was packed, you could still hear your conversations and enjoy the dinner. Very clean and safe environment for dining and kid-friendly. Outdoor dining available too. Making reservations was easy on Opentable. Good management! Delicious porterhouse and house steak sauce. Spinach and Artichoke dip was tasty. Roasted Salmon was also very good.

This was my second time going there for a wedding but I have to mention this place is awesome. The staff really serve you and the food taste great. Have the steak... any kind because all of it is good!

Business dinner in the private wine room was the perfect atmosphere. The service was great and visitors from out of town raved about the food especially the steaks.
4/30: Went to celebrate anniversary tonight. It was very busy waited a while for drinks and check. Dinner was delicious but calamari appetizer was overcooked. Ended nicely with epic dessert!

Deliciousness at its finest!! Cara our server was extremely helpful and efficient. Dinner was fantastic from the appetizers and cocktails to our entrees and dessert. Could not have had a better experience!! Highly recommend.

I loved brunch at Blue! I got the short ribs benedict and it was amazing. Went with friends and we all left extremely satisfied. Can’t wait to head back!

We came for lunch and sat outside at the bar. Alexi and Sue were great, very personable and attentive. Food was really good super flavorful. This might become a regular spot for us 😁

Went here for an early Valentine's dinner. The atmosphere is a cool upscale modern. The bar and outdoor seating areas looked really neat. Service was great with a nice menu of cocktails and a decent wine list. Food is typical of an upper-mid level steakhouse with the usual cuts and family style sides. All in all it was a good meal with no real negatives, but I've had better in the Bethlehem/ Easton area.
