Here we go again with the service of the employees and the lack of communication from them I don't know what it is about Dunkin' and there espresso machine but it's never consistent first photo was the first one I got my sister got for me the second picture is 5 minutes after I went back and ordered another one and there is a huge difference. Please stop brewing ever shot at once. It tastes like water. Tired of paying 7 dollars for milk in a cup

One of your employees the older man in particular is extremely rude. He rushed us didn’t even say hi “just what do you want” There was a person that has mental conditions that had trouble making up her mind but instead of saying can I help you make your decision he said you need to pick one. Mean while there was nobody behind us in line so he had no reason to rush us even if there was you should never rush your customers who are supporting the business and paying there wages. He also still got the Order wrong when we repeated it to him multiple and even pointed and read it and still got it wrong.If you’re going to be in customer service then you need to be nice to all your customer and have patience it’s that simple!
