Dunkin'

my mom and i went in for our lunch break, we work near the store at market basket, i did a mobile order and it was there when i got there but my mom wanted something else, so we ordered it. We were PATIENTLY waiting and i think another worker asked the women who was cooking that we’re waiting for our hash browns and she said “they can wait, they work at market basket for gods sake”, it clearly got her mad but we didn’t do anything. We got our food, i asked for ketchup and as we were leaving she talked right in front of me to her coworker, “I’ll se them in market basket, I will be looking for her”. She literally threatened a 17 year old, we did nothing wrong and it literally made me cry because of how shocked i was.

I placed an online order for ONE item. A large lemonade. First things first, it took them all of 10 minutes to get to me on the drive thru speaker. when I first pulled up, the person on the headset said “we will be with you in a moment.” FIVE MINUTES passed. Nothing. then, someone comes over the speaker and says “we will be with you in a minute.” no apology for the wait, no thank you for your patience, just that. ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES. FINALLY someone says “how can i help you.” AGAIN no sorry for the wait. i say “i have an on the go order for oliver.” she tells me to pull up. ANOTHER TEN MINUTES until the two cars ahead of me are served. when i get to the window, she tries to hand me an iced tea (which i watched her make) along with a sandwhich. she tells me the total (while handing me the sandwich) and i KINDLY explained that this was not my order, i had mobile ordered a lemonade, AND that i had already paid. she puts the other order down and walks away for another FIVE. minutes. finally she comes back and tries to hand me the same order she originally tried to hand me. (keep in mind i can see my lemonade sitting on the mobile order rack) i AGAIN kindly tell her it was a mobile order for a lemonade and she scoffs and says “well why didnt you say that when i first tried to tell you the total?” puts down the order again, hands me my drink with NO STRAW and walks away. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

No customer service I always ask for my sandwich cut in half they can't. They made my coffee incorrect and I had a bug cooked on my sandwich I bring it back for a refund the manager pulls the bug off and says that's not a big she shut up when I told her it is you rip it apart I gave 1star because they opened the building
