Subway

They didn't even deserve a full star but they didn't anything lower! I put my order in on the app. I got there when the time said I should be there! My order wasn't made and the excuse was out of respect for me she didn't make it because they didn't have mozzarella cheese! I told her to make it anyway while I went out side to smoke! I watched her make everyone that was in line before she even started my order! I don't know why she didn't respect me to ask me that she could make my sandwich on whole wheat when I didn't order it! And I ended up having to pay for 5 cookies that was on my bill but she didn't have any nor offer me a refund but when my order was clearly deluxe and double meet on the other sandwich I don't think that this girl was either trained or qualified to be doing this job because each sandwich has 6 Meatballs and deluxe and double is definitely not 6 meatballs! My husband and I agree that $27. Dollars was way to much for plain old meatball subs! Going back to complain today but I will never be back again! Subway you lost another!

I went to this subway September 27th or 28th. Lynn Boyd, who may be the owner contacted me through my email with an apology for her workers that night making the sandwich wrong. She never offered to remake our sandwich and I feel that is poor customer service and I won’t be going back here for a good while. There is more than 1 subway in the area and I know how to take my money elsewhere. Usually if the restaurant makes a mistake, they correct it. If you order a hamburger somewhere because you don’t eat cheese and they give you a cheeseburger, will an apology fix it? No! They need to replace it. That’s all I expect.

Stopped to order food. It was 1025 pm, asked if were still open. The young lady said yes. But im all cleaned up and everything put away. And made it seem as we was burdening her for having to do her job during operating hours.. Having a store fully closed half hour ahead of closing time seems a lil crazy. Pretty much a way of refusing business, we were not the only ones that walked out because this young lady made paying customers feel as if were a burden. I will boycott this subway location. Very dissatisfied

They're always polite and fix my sub exactly how I like it. Very good for those of us who live close by this one. But sometimes the person who worked a prior shift doesn't do the work they should have of done. So it makes it harder on the next lady to stock back up plus make all of the orders that come in. But the young lady I usually see is the best! The 5PM to closing is really great! But just disappointed with Subway in general for no longer having my roast beef meat! My favorite is no longer available. Why? I want it back like many other's I know!
