This place is an absolute joke. Don't bother wasting your time stopping here. First they were out of Mexican pizzas and "won't get anymore until this fall". Okay so we order other things. My husband asks for medium sauce. They don't have any of that either. I order a bean burrito and the tortilla looks like half of it was chewed off and there's so much red sauce coming out of it that it's doubtful I'd be able to taste the beans. Will NOT be coming here again.

I am an overnight nurse in a small town, so there aren't a lot of options for eating late. All my coworkers wanted Taco Bell, so I went along. I ordered the 3 tacos Supreme chicken instead of beef. I got three chicken soft tacos. I order them supreme, because I want supreme. My friend next to me ordered 3 crunchy beef Supreme. She got 3 with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, no tomatoes. I called and spoke to Jonathan who called me a liar. He said he was working on the line and saw them make them himself. Well, I will post a picture with the receipt. And tomorrow I will show his manager and let them know he called me a liar.

I understand that fast food restaurant's are going to be slower these days for the simple fact that its hard to find help. So I'm standing there waiting on my food when the manager says your food will be out in a bit, you can quit staring. At first it didn't hit me what he said and I walked up to the counter the young lady says oh no he didn't say that and I said bulls#$% he did to. I wasn't mad mad about the time it was taking, it hadn't even been that long of a wait. I was just standing there watching them make the food. These kids today have no customer service skills at all. The bad thing is he probably thinks he has done no wrong. I hope that Taco Bell Corp. knows what is really happening in there stores across America or do they really care.

I understand sometimes orders get made wrong or they get messed up as I work in a fast casual place, but this is ridiculous I had placed an online order my Crunchwrap wasn’t toasted at all nor was my other burrito that I ordered, no napkins, no sauce, no silverware at all, and three of the burritos I ordered weren’t even wrapped. I would have understood if it was a busy night but when I went through to get my order no other car was in the drive thru. Please make sure napkins, silverware, sauce and everything is in the bag with it being correct before handing it out.

Brand new and very clean. Not really liking the rusty metal strip of wall on the front side, but I guess it's the new look for businesses maybe. The rest of the building looks cool. When they hand you the food through the drive-thru they use a small bin to hand you the food for covid safety. Never had a problem ordering here, and the food tastes great. I just had grilled a nacho burrito and it was excellent! It even had Doritos in it. I would suggest coming here, even when you have a midnight craving, like I did. I believe they're open till 1:00 a.m.
