Tudor's Biscuit World

Very nice place for Breakfast in Beckley, WV I learned about Biscuit world on my recent trips to West Virginia. Until this visit, I had never visited or eaten at one of these locations. There seems to be at least one location in every town. There are over 70 of these restaurants with many of them in WV. I have eaten at four of these locations on this trip alone and have always been pleased. This visit was not any different. It is located in a stand-alone building at the corner of Harper Road and Harvey Street. Parking is pretty limited and is only in front and behind the site. There are drive-through and eat-in dining options. For the dine-ion options, you order at the counter and get a number that allows them to bring your food to the table. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner but I very much like their breakfast. Their biscuits are very good. The tea is excellent and their eggs are cooked to order. A classic breakfast is about $6 and you get 2 eggs made to order and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham, and toast or a buttermilk biscuit. It is a good amount of food at a price. The staff was efficient and very pleasant. The dining room was a mix of booths and tables. The restaurant was clean. The food came out quickly and was delicious. This particular location had a specific kind of jam that was only available at certain times of the year. I would definitely recommend this to my fellow travelers who are hungry and visiting the Buckhannon area.

We had never been to a Tudor’s Biscuit World. For a fast food breakfast sandwich, it takes first place. The biscuit was delicious. There was a generous portion of bacon. The egg was appropriately cooked. We picked a table and the staff took our Mary B and biscuit gravy platter to our table. There was very little wait. We did not observe a lot of takeout business. The other Tudor’s in Beckley might have had a longer wait because of its large takeout business.

Actually went to the Ginos part which is in same building and attached. Share the same dining room. I love Tudors biscuits [I would rank them with any chain in vountry]Had stopped here to grab late lunch and check my emails. Service could not have been nicer. Had the pubwich which apparently is their pizza dough. It was huge and for the price a real bargain.
