Arby's

After a short day of shopping we stopped for some nourishment and had a coupon for 2 can dine for $10.00,we each got a medium drink,curly fries,roast beef and cheese sandwich and 6 mozzarella sticks to share. The food was very good ,fresh hot n juicy,it was plenty for a lunch fill up at a great price.We will return even with out a coupon,for an another great lunch experience. Sept.-02-2021 stopped at the drive thru to get a sandwich and ordered a prime rib cheese steak ,fries and a soda and a SW chicken Wrap. Did not stop to eat the sandwich until I got to my appointment. after taking two bites i noticed that the peppers were very good but i asked myself WHERE'S THE BEEF!!! This sandwich had NO MEAT. What i did have was good, fresh bun/roll and tasty peppers, not too filling. My wife said the chicken wrap was very good. We eat their often but will pass by and visit the Arby's in Beckley for a while. I've always liked Arby's. My favorite part has been the crunchy potato cakes. They have been the only place you can get those..... Until now! Aaargh!! Curly fries are always stuck together and mushy in the middle. You've gone from five stars to four stars in my book. Hey Arby's, If you want that star number five back, then you know what you need to do. If you really want to make people feel unimportant you can use the lame excuse "nobody likes them, nobody wants them". That's not true, because I like them and I want them. Don't think for a minute I'm going to stop asking for them. If management wants to make one improvement they can bring back the potato cake and make it thinner so that it cooks faster and crispier and is more profitable. Okay I'm done now.
