Starbucks

I used to really enjoy going to the Baxter Starbucks but recently I’ve noticed that the baristas running drive through are becoming pretty rude. They make literally no attempt to engage with their customers. The last time I came the guy just shoved the card machine in my face without saying anything and then handed me my stuff and shut the door in my face before I even had a chance to say thank you. I understand that it is incredibly busy most days, but as a former Starbucks barista myself it is not that difficult to say “hello! Your total is $13.76! Enjoy, have a good day!” It’s 10 seconds of your shift to at least fake it for a tip. More than likely I’ll just go to brainerd where they’re actually kind.

A barista named Cass Davis pulled out a sharpened screw driver and threatened to skewer me like a kabob then screeched like a air raid siren until I left when I said I don’t recognize earth day. Was a little sad I didn’t get a drink and my ears hurt from the screaming, but I do appreciate someone standing up for their beliefs.
