Awesome diner! The food is fantastic, especially the homemade croutons in the salad and the creamy malts and shakes. Good pie and burgers too. The raspberry sauce with the cheese curds is amazing!

Your typical diner! The food wasn’t awful and pretty average priced but definitely wasn’t anything to brag about! It was very busy when we went but service was fast. They even let me order the eggs Benedict just a few minutes after 11am which we appreciated.

Wonderful, nostalgic 50's style diner with lots of chrome and amazing burgers an malts! The Bacon cheeseburger was incredible! Very friendly and welcoming staff top off this terrific spot in lake country! A Must Go!

Stopped in late morning for a bite before heading back to work. Ordered the biscuits and gravy and 2 eggs special of the day. Service was fast and hot and my eggs came as ordered. Leanna was attentive and very friendly. Feeling good about coming back here next time I have a hankering for classic diner fare in Baxter.

My dad and I went here on 03/19/2021 for supper after having a fun time in Baxter/Brainerd for the day. Tabitha was our waitress. She made us feel welcome and made sure that we were taken care of, so friendly staff all around. Also love the décor of this place too. Groovy place!
I got the hot beef sandwich (shown below) and it was the best hot beef sandwich that I have had in my entire life. I have had hot beef sandwiches at other restaurants and very picky about how I want it made. However, nothing comes close to how delicious this was from the 371 Diner in Baxter.
The meat and bread was easy to cut with a fork, the mashed potatoes and gravy were smooth on the lips before swallowing, and the meal overall was presented well and hot enough. There were even peas served as a side dish. This was great because I never had a side dish served with a hot beef sandwich before, and the peas were good too.
Cannot wait to come back to this diner again! Make sure to also get the shakes here. I got a strawberry shake with a cherry on top. So good, and was able to have the leftover ice cream too.

We stopped in for breakfast, and it was great! The food was good, and came out fast despite it being very busy. Our server was very nice, and attentive. Many interesting items of decor on the walls. Like stepping back into the 50's. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
