My experience at this Costa has disappointed me deeply, especially after all the other Costa experiences I have had to be perfect, on this particular visit, I ordered a hot chocolate, a drink you would ASSUME to be hot yes? well barista …
Staff was on there phone while walking up to the counter and really bad my made latte. Staff need proper training on how to make coffee or atleast re training done again. Coffee should be in a mug always unless asked for otherwise. Not in a glass. Had better service from a snack van.

Very nice Costa, quite a lot of room and very friendly stuff I would highly recommend it to anyone and I definitely will come back...
PS don't forget to register your car inside otherwise it will cost you...

Getting into the shop with a pram is a little awkward but once you're in it's tidy and clean. the staff were friendly and cheerful and helped me to my table as I had a pram with me, so I didn't worry about coordinating the two at the same time! Very pleased.

Paid a visit today 8/2/24 08:50, first class service from the guy who was serving. Great friendly welcome and served a first class crispy as asked for, bacon roll and flat white.
