I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia 😔.

Couldnt put banana in one shake because they have to make 2 at a time only?? So IF I wanted 1 vanilla shake and 1 chocolate how does that logic play out?
Wouldnt elaborate on flavors when menu lacked detail. Crew working today needs some MAJOR work, coming from a long time restaurant worker. no hot fudge on sundae and staff CLEARLY doesnt care about their jobs. The owner needs to hold crew accountable.

He saved a bad situation I appreciate him
Management however. I ordered a cake to be done at 2 I came at 5. Manager didn’t have it ready. Or answer the phone !
Steve figured it out and got my cake boxes up Thank you Steve. You will definitely find a better job

The manager is so rude and unfriendly
I called to order birthday cake and he only said come today to order it today and didn’t mention anything else, when I got there they told me he left and only the manager will take the cake orders so I called the next day and I talked to the manager and told him what happened and he made me drive like 40 min to get there and he didn’t even say sorry he just said u should’ve came earlier and bla bla bla and wasn’t friendly at all!!!! Never going back to this branch

These people advertise on their website that the are open daily to 10 pm. We arrived at 9:10pm. They shut off their lights and closed as we were about to walk in! Phooey on you.
