The service and staff were friendly, but when we said we wanted to pay, we had to wait a very long time till the lady came back to take our payment, it was defenitely too long. (That's the reason why I give 4stars)
But the food was absolutely delicious ( food was 10/10). We will definitely go back there

Had such a lovely time for a birthday meal this evening. The food was perfect. The service and staff were so friendly, accommodating and attentive that they went the extra mile to make sure our requests were actioned even in a packed Friday night restaurant.
It is a shame the Sassy Sidecar cocktails are only served for a limited time because they are so delicious!
I’m glad they kept the classic Côté interior here and haven’t changed it to the newer blue and cream, flowery styling, seen in some restaurants which I personally am not a fan of.

Do my regular catch-ups with my colleague and service and food is always fresh and delicious. I am super happy that it’s one of the few places where I can have Pernod! Each time the Host and the waiters make sure we get exceptional service! Feels like home.

Everything was perfect. We were very pleased with all aspects of our visit. Prices were reasonable, choice was huge, service was good and all the drinks and food tasted great. Can't wait to be back again.

Popped in for a late lunch, the food was fantastic. We could tell the ingredients were fresh and high quality. In fact the only thing better than the food was the excellent service and attention to detail from our waitress Chloe. Nothing was too much trouble, the best customer service we’ve had in recent history. Definitely will return.

Only 4 for atmosphere, because it was Sunday night and real quiet.
But we had a fabulous time for my birthday!

Food and Atmosphere were amazing, but the real wonder was the fact the waitress heard we were celebrating the buying of a house, and went over to a local shop to get myself and my partner a card and a box of chocolates. Never before have I ever had such an experience at a restaurant, and I will always come back. Thank you Aga and Akvile, you made our day

Best restaurant in Basingstoke for food quality and service. The staff are always EXCEPTIONAL! Food was delicious and it always feels like a special meal out. We actually feel like we're on holiday rather than having a meal in our local town. Thanks again for another lovely meal out. :)

Nice place to eat for a "posh fine dining" feel. As you would expect at such a place the prices seem quite expensive for the amount/quality of the food, but nevertheless we found the food nice. The service could be a bit better for the type of dining set up but we still had a good time. Visited May 2022.

This is the 2nd time we had a meal here. This time it was dinner. Starter, main course and dessert all are delicious *chef kisses*
The service was excellent and super! Very professional and friendly staff. Definitely recommended and will be back soon✌🏻
