My first visit and it did not disappoint. My husband has been telling me this is the best big chic and I absolutely agree. Fast, friendly service! Plus food was still fresh and hot after my long drive home!

Fried green tomatoes very super thin, so you just getting batter. I got the largest ckn tender order, and they shorted my sauce. Only gave a tiny container. Service was not polite.

Good food. However, the drive through line was long so I went inside. Immediately I found out why. Just as slow inside as it was out. A police officer who was behind me, got her complete order before I did and I ordered 2 things vs her multiple. I watched my order sit on the shelf waiting to be put into a bag and hand to me for about 10 minutes. I'll stick to chic fil a.

Barnesville Big Chic needs to be able to eat inside... you would think between 1& 2 the food would be fresher... the fries was cold and the chicken was only room temp. 11-3 is considering lunch time.. that needs to be cooked fresh or cook to order.

Chicken is dry or cooked to long! They need to open the dining room and stop blaming it on Covid-19! I found a new chicken place and it GREAT not dry or over cooked the HOT SHOT has the best chicken in BARNESVILLE!

When I pulled up there was a line. I knew that the food would be good and it was. Chicken so moist and juice 😋. I'll be back. Thank you guys for good food

The food is typically good, consistent, and fresh. Yet, they lack the customer service. It’s specifically is this one young man who consistently has an attitude each time I’ve gone over the course of about a month and a half he always has a tone and attitude. He gets impatient quick. Would be five stars if they either put someone who actually doesn’t have a rude tone or he changed his mannerism.
