They buzzed me into the bathroom *before I even asked.* Like, they just saw me walking toward it and they were like, “we got you dude.” I had bought **nothing.** Just straight off the street. That’s America my friends.

Really great customer service
We wanted hash browns but didn't have much time to stop, the cashier overheard us, told us to wait as they would be quick, and made us hash browns in under a minute.

Great location. Food and drinks prepared as ordered and always fast when using the app to walk in and pickup. I hope the temporary closure is brief.

Pleasant staff...I enjoy the chai latte with almond milk.. unfortunately I ordered online and my order was skipped over and had to be made when I showed my order.

Super fast! If I order with the app, my drink is ready in like a minute.
Only minor complaint is when their are new menu items, I've asked the staff for info on ingredients or differences to current menu items and they don't seem to know, or know more than the product name indicates. Not a staff problem - Dunkin should be prioritizing letting staff know - and try - items, especially new ones!

I goes every morning and the staff is awesome. They knows what I want, fast, food/beverages taste great and I'm always forgetting something, but they will remember on your next visit. You will definitely be satisfied.
