The food was hot an fresh. Our server was friendly, she was quick and attentive when we needed refills. The food was made as ordered, and had no issues with the flavor or each meal, it was very well seasoned.

This Red Robin was surely a better experience than what we had a year ago in Towson. That was a nightmare, this was like a good dream. Our server was amazing, and the food was great. Even though you have to go up steps to get to the dining room, they do have a wheelchair lift, so it is handicapped accessible.

I usually dont go out to eat and when I do I choose very carefully as I want to have a great experience. Red Robin gave me that great experience. Charles was incredibly friendly and attentive. Definitely will be returning!

This was my first visit, and though they were temporarily short staffed, there was no shorts when it came to service. Bravo! One woman seated everyone, took all of the orders, and brought out drinks with no extended wait. She was also attentive to everyone! The bathroom was clean with a true wheelchair accessible stall and sink. My only complaint is that all of the bathroom doors do not have the purse or coat hook and all of the dispensers did not have soap. My fish tasted like it was fried frozen fish, but I did enjoy my steak fries. My strawberry milkshake wasn't that great either. I did enjoy the bottomless sides and the atmosphere. I did not feel like I was at the mall. Overall, awesome and I do mean for the service!

They were short on help. It took a bit to get seated. But the food was delicious. The whiskey burger was really good. The sweet potato fries were great with their house seasoning. But being short on help you should order your second helping early if you can get the waitresses attention.

When ever I go here it's usually great food, and great service, though last time I went I don't know if the waitress had a bad day but even so she did her job diligently and swiftly.
The buggers also appeared to be smaller than I remember, and sadly they removed my favorite from the menu. But other than that the food was as delicious as always.

Burger was on point, juicy and bursting with flavor. Truly was wonderful meal, left my belly nice and satisfied for sure, another favorite burger 🍔 world.
They twenty five different varieties of burgers, I recommend you give Red Robin's a try; if you haven't already!!

I was a little afraid for the recent reviews of this place about service.
My experience;
1- Place: Regular
2-Customer service: great. If I could remember, his name is Steven. I really enjoyed the time there, because the great service he provided.
3-Food: I didn't know they have a soda called "Shirley Temple" 😮 The entree, onion rings (I forgot to take a picture) I got a delicious burger "Southern Charm" it was very good to me, all the flavors in there were amazing. Sweet enough to enjoy it.
4-Price: reasonable. Fair
