I decided to treat myself and have bacon this morning... (it's been more than 6 months), was standing in a line that grew with each passing second, and right out the first set of doors. Then a young man came to the rescue, took charge of the register (and saved my day at least) great customer service! Oh, yeah the food was great too and that I had in hand before I knew it!

The ladies working the registers and order taking were nothing but a pleasure to transact with. They were super nice to my 2 year old daughter and myself. I love great customer service and good coffee.

I love them! I went in at the least 15 - 20 mins before their closing time (not on purpose, I swear). But I needed to get my Mom something filling after going to the dentist. Instead of the employees being irritated because they were about to close, the young lady at the cash register was very friendly! So that I do appreciate!

I love Panera— have a lot of great memories attached to the ones I frequented in another city. This location is decent with a unique layout, the staff was friendly and fast… but maybe I always visit at a bad time cause it always seems a little dirty, haha. I think some customers take too many liberties in the mess they leave behind for the employees. Sure, they pick up dishes from the fish stations but you actually have to BRING YOUR DISHES THERE and pick up after yourself!

Usually don't go to the downtown location because it gets very crowded at lunchtime. Their rapid pickup service was on point and I was in and out in about 15 seconds. Soup and salad were of excellent quality as usual.

Nice location. Convenient for inexpensive pre-show bite before heading to the Hippodrome.
Clean, well-kept.
Could use a few more seating areas for singles as there were more than a few individuals using tables and booths meant for larger parties.
Food was as you would expect from any Panera.
I had the half Cuban sandwich and it was respectable.

Staff were very helpful and food was great. They were out of some products but with a large group of high school students prior to us it was understandable that late in the day. It is a nice atmosphere and very cozy inside.
