It's one of the few downtown lunch options that's neither pretentious nor expensive -- and is open for dine-in right now.
And besides that, the food is pretty decent for fast food sandwiches. I had their french dip today, which was pretty good on its own -- but they were kind enough to customize it exactly as I wanted.
I'm pretty sure this location is owned by a family, all of whom seem to be working there. They're friendly enough and the line moves very quickly.
All in all, a very good option for a quick bite if you work downtown.

A very well run place. Sandwiches are fantastic. Surprisingly easy to park right off Congress. I would eat here every day if I could.

F the haters. I’m a diehard Quiznos fan and I am proud. Thank god we’ve got one downtown. Also the staff here is incredibly friendly and keeps the place clean and the sandwich quality top notch. Quiznos ain’t for everyone and that’s fine. More sammiches for me. ✌️🥪

Up until early last year (2014), I worked just up the hill from this location, so, I was here fairly often. The service was always up-to-par, the food was always good, and the staff were always friendly, efficient, and smiling. I don't know what more you'd want from a chain sandwich shop. If anything, the location makes for great people watching (you're a block from the Capitol building, and being right on Congress Avenue, there is ALWAYS something going on outside. Hungry? Like Quiznos? You'll do fine here.
