You should use this Fed Ex facility if you want your packages to be lost or delayed. I shipped a very important package and paid extra to have it shipped quickly and not surprisingly the package was lost. Never again will I use fed ex.

Second bad experience with fedex this month. Shipping back a package I didn’t even open - it’s still packaged and sealed but the guy refused to ship it saying he had to repackage it and charge me for a new box because it was bent on the corner. Really?

Been going here for years - customer service excellence, & nice place for printing.
Only thing I would change is the parking. There are a couple of spots out front but if they are taken, all of the other spots in the lot are very small and it can be tricky backing out because they're all so close together.

Kwame is a delight. This review is long overdue. He’s incredibly present, polite, efficient and just an all round nice guy. He’s going to do well in life. Great attitude. It’ll be sad when he moves on to bigger things. For now, I’m happy to stay selfish and have him at my local. Cheers bruvva!

Very similar experience to USPS. Been waiting over 39 minutes in line and the line has not moved. Lots of workers doing everything but helping customers. Next time I will try UPS.
