Panda Express

During my recent visit to Panda Express for takeout, I was delighted to encounter a welcoming smile from the staff. Gauri, the employee who took my order, exhibited exceptional politeness, consistently wearing a smile throughout the interaction. As I eagerly awaited my meal, which included the delicious String Bean Chicken, Gauri apologized multiple times for any delay in its preparation. The friendly atmosphere and cleanliness of the place further added to the positive experience. Without a doubt, I will make it a point to visit Panda Express again in the future.

We came in about an hour before closing. I know the employees hate to see people when they are cleaning up to get out. Everyone was super friendly. They had to get somethings back out for the people behind us and they where super friendly to them. I wipe up our mess before we left and the manager said we can do that. I know I would be grumpy at 9:30 when the store closes at 10:00. The food was great. It always is at this location. The never give you a plate of broccoli when you order beef broccoli.

Four months ago, I gave this location a harsh 2-star review, and the reason was unsatisfactory portions. Fast forward, and I still don't know if they proactively listened to my feedback, but currently I do feel like the portions being served are well measured and I am very happy to see this change. I also appreciate how their lady manager is always on top of everything, and always has the best energy. You can also tell she knows her customers. I imagine she would see my face and be, "here comes the 2-star reviewer," hahaha, but I honestly could never tell because she has always been the sweetest. This is so underrated and is such a game changer in retail, especially, both for employees and customers. So thank you! Thanks for the great food, good portions, and the overall customer experience. I come here and leave with a happy, full stomach and enjoy the energy of the place. I edited my review into a 5-star because it is well deserved.
