Ambience is not great but the food was good and the service was great

It was late and there was only one young man waiting the tables. He was very nice even though so busy

Very busy on a Sunday morning. Small IHOP but the tables were turning over pretty fast..due in part to wait staff being fast
and efficient. Food? Well ...better than their chain resteraunt competitors.

Food was good, though it seems like some options for crepes and other things besides pancakes have disappeared to make room for their 'expanded' menu options. Never have I gone to IHOP wanting a steak, haha, unless it's steak and eggs. Anyways the people were nice and I would recommend it. Just wish the old menu was back.

Be careful not leave stuff out on the truck of your bed. They will steal it. My $400 jack got stolen in the parking lot.

I think I was over charged. But I don't really know since I didn't check. So no complaints. But the server was a little lacking in customer service. Felt ignored I think he could have been more attentive

I was solo on a busy Saturday morning. There were lots of people ahead of me. The staff quickly had everyone seated. They even brought me a coffee while I waited. My waitress took excellent care of me. My eggs, bacon & pancakes were very tasty. That was definitely a cheat day, but a rarity lately. 🥞🥓🍮

I’ve been living in the US for nearly 10 years, and this is the first IHOP I’ve been to. I feel like an idiot for skipping it for so long… it’s so consistently good. Everything on the menu is solid, service is fast and friendly, great for kids, booths are comfortable. I love this place. Even the coffee is… pretty good actually.

Despite the reviews of sticky floors, decided to check out since it was right next to my hotel. Granted, I went at 2:30pm, but I had a very pleasant experience- nice server, great food, affordable prices.
I can see it potentially getting hectic and messy at busy hours since it is a small place and few servers, a messy group can complicate things, but otherwise I recommend it for convenient, affordable and good food!
