Ihop

Quinn was an amazing server and just a great person to communicate with. He made my minion experience 10/10 at ihop. He made sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. I will come back again and eat at this exact restaurant just for the amazing service. Great job ihop for hiring such an amazing person!!!!

Wait staff for our table was attentive but he wore his mask under his nose not completely covering his face. The wait staff as a whole was extremely loud which disrupted our meal. We understand restaurant noise but this wad way beyond that...We may as well have been at Waffle House. One of them was yelling out stuff to all the other staff all across the room, to the kitchen, and because of that we pretty much were aware of everyone's wrong order, that the next table was not going to like the bacon light, that she was training someone, that she needed whip cream from the back, that she needed her dish ready when she was ready to clock out, that she needed so and so to come take out the trash, how to put Harvest Nut Grain pancakes in the register....I mean she was loud and yelling pretty much everything. She was so loud and it was truly disruptive and not what I have come to expect at IHOP. Now don't get me wrong she appeared to be working hard but all of the staff was just unnecessarily loud and quite frankly the restaurant as a whole just did not look tidy. It was 10 pm.or so...hardly any customers and at least 7 to 10 workers so things should have looked really tidy. Management was in the back apparently cause we asked but at least one Manager should be out front cause it so much noise and conversation between the wait staff we literally were ready to go. They were that loud. Louder than waffle house and that is their method of operation you expect to hear everything there but not IHOP. And many of them had their masks only on their mouths and not covering their noses even when handling guests food. That kind of defeats the purpose.

Service was good and the food was even better! Too bad I noticed the happy hour menu after the fact lol but I’ll definitely order off of it next time as it has many great options for $3-6 bucks which is a STEAL. The only thing that could improve from my opinion is the playfulness of the staff that can be clearly seen through their open concept kitchen. But im sure it makes the day go by faster so I get it. Will return. Also I did notice steps were taken due to covid which was comforting.

IHOP was busiest I have seen in yr. It was freezing cold. Had people waiting inside and outside with tables not cleaned that could have served people waiting. We eat here often but this day orders were backed up in kitchen as well. So cold waited 45mins until we finally said not worth waiting any longer. Glad to see business has picked up for them. Please cut air conditioner to where people aren't freezing to eat. So we can enjoy our food hot!!!
