First time at this location. Drive-Thru was quick but must have been a new guy working the window. I gave him a $10 bill which resulted in coins and paper change. He awkwardly handed me my change, resulting in a dropped quarter and the fiver almost blowing away in the wind. The manager went into the till to get another quarter for me but I told her no worries, just show him how to put the coins in someone's hand first, then give them the paper. Very nice, friendly young person, just needed a little more training. Coffee was good!

I have been coming to this Dunkin every morning and they still manage to mess up my order, knowing that I’m a regular, and they get upset when I return my coffee because it taste horrible. Get it together!! Teach the employees to make coffee correctly!!!

Whatever the new recipe for doughnuts is, it is the worst. They are inedible. I will never go to a Dunkin ever again. What a waste.

The employees had the place so neat. All the donuts looked amazing and I did not see any flies. I wish I had paid attention to the man's name that helped me but the guy that was there today on Monday July 26th, was super helpful and polite. This place is my mom's favorite place for donuts also

Do not go here. The woman who I assume is the owner/ manager has no business working with the public. We ordered the same thing we've ordered at any Dunkin, but somehow she added 25 munchkins and three breakfast sandwiches to our order. She also couldn't understand basic coffee orders. She talked over me the whole time, said, "oh my gosh", turned it over to a competent coworker who got rid of all the extra food from our order in seconds. When we arrived at the drive through window, the manager glared at us as the helpful worker gave us our food. I'm still trying to figure out what her problem was.

every single time I come here one or more of my items are missing. Also 5/10 times when I order coffee it’s either missing cream or sugar. Two stars for the girl who complimented my nails though.

on sunday 5/23 we stopped to grab breakfast and coffee. the manager was not professional at all and was yelling at the employees infront of customers. the workers were sweet and polite and made us great coffee. wish that behavior was reciprocated by their manager.
