Terrible. It was our first time visiting Bc we’re from out of town. First they were out of pretty much everything we had asked for. They left out our large fry and my chicken was raw when I bit into it.

Just leaving there from getting a refund. Service was fast and friendly. But the product sent out was pathetic. I’m assuming it was shift change or something but my chicken bite boxes were horrible.

Last three times that we went to this location we did not get the correct order. Every time we have ordered large fries we have gotten medium and this time we watched as a homeless man got a free meal ahead of us. He even interrupted our retrieval of our to-go meal because he didn't get a free drink with his free food. When we first started using this location it was excellent but now it's obviously for homeless people and overcharging us for less food. I suppose since we received mediums once again instead of the largest that we purchased, we shall go to fray bomb.com and deal with whatever nonsense we need to to get some sort of compensation.

The checkers on Walton way augusta has horrible costumer service. The workers inside have the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. They're either needs to be better help in there for them or the just need to find different jobs I wont be back.

Possibly the worst fast food experience. The order of fries, drink, and burger was sent out with no hamburger included. When I asked the young lady working about the burger she said they were out of meat. Instead of just canceling the order they processed the full payment for the meal and gave me fries and a drink. The lady working told me I would have to contact their corp in regards to a refund. I have since contacted Rally’s/Checkers corp twice for the refund. Their corp has submitted the refund request twice to the franchise location on Walton Way (request 5610956 at store 3006) but say the location has not responded or processed the refund. Order was placed June 8th so there has been plenty of time for the refund request to be worked before leaving this review.

They served me raw burgers. I couldn’t return because my daughter was at the hospital

Don't waste your money on the new chicken tenders they taste nothing like the fries. It was obvious they had been sitting there for a while. They were cold and very greasy.
