What a great little cafe I visited today as Ziggy the dog and I walked past on the morning stroll. The cafe gets all the morning sun and is a great spot to enjoy your flat white outside.
I opted for a bacon and egg muffin that the lovely owner heated up, the coffee was fantastic as well, highly recommend!

I love Sauce! All the staff are so friendly and the coffee is delicious. My favourite thing to order is their iced mocha which in my opinion, is better than one from Starbucks! Come here for friendly service and great coffee. Highly recommend that you make Sauce your local.

Love it there great for a brilliant cup of hot chocolate that really tastes like hot chocolate and not the syrup other places use! When I have lost a bit of weight we shall be eating there breakfast which is so delish...as well as the sarnies....ok I like just about everything they offer lol lol

Wonderful suburban cafe. Coffee is excellent and the food is very nice. I had a spinach omelette that was moist and tasty. Cabinet food looks good. Tables inside and out.

Sauce has been my local coffee shop for years. It is a Kohimarama gem. The team are very thoughtful, hardworking and friendly. They make delicious coffee and food. Highly recommended!

Nice little cafe near Madills Farm and not too far from Kohimarama Beach. Seems to be popular with locals and has a great set up for dogs both in the side and the front. I would avoid the scrambled eggs but the cabinet food is great. 😊

Came here with a 5 person group for a quick brunch. Got the hot chocolate and pumpkin soup with toast, both standard. Pumpkin soup was quite a big bowl so I asked to take the rest away and they gave a eco friendly container :D Not my favourite but if I’m looking for a quick snack or drink, very quick and close place to go

Best coffee in Auckland.. Allpress , made superbly... I have tried zillions of cafes around Auckland.. but come back to Sauce daily for my hit!!! Almond latte divine. Owners ran a bakery previously.. so the cabinet food is homemade and yummy!!

Simple setting but good coffee. Food was very good, especially considering the low prices. Had a perfect panini for $8 and delicious chocolate brownie for $3.50. Great to find somewhere that is such good value for money.

Sauce has amazing smoothies and one of the best ice chocolates in Auckland. A perfect spot for a drop in coffee. Their muffins are delicious and all the staff are very friendly.

Had a gluten free frittata it was old must have been off my daughter got terrible food poisoning would not go back there again . A lot of stuff cover in plastic and kept in fridge each night. This is not great food practice

Great everyday Cafe. Very friendly staff, good coffee and food. For me, the cake (muffin) is by far the best in Auckland. If people think the foods are over priced they haven't taken the quality into account.

We have come to this cafe a few times and we decided to keep giving it a chance but we are feed up with the service of the cafe. They have forgot about our orders numerous times and not to mention some of their cabinet food is over priced. Being a Saturday with kids soccer I get you are busy but you need to sort something out.

Nice owners and staff.. very cute place away from crowds at Mission Bay. Nice easy walk from home....good food and yummy hot chocolates love the little cakes. A great local place to meet.

I've been a regular customer for yeas. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and the food and coffee is amazing. Generous portion sizes and prompt service. I cam always run in in the morning before wok and grab my coffee they know what I have, lovely people lovely cafébest in the bays bay a long shot
