Subway

The team was busy when i got there making a bunch of sandwiches for the customer infront of me . They did great and made sure to acknowledge me! But when there was a team member available to make my sandwich he chose to take the online order that came in as the team finished instead of helping the person who was already in the store and had been waiting 10minutes patiently. I could have placed an online order while waiting in line in person and gotten my food quicker. I was helped by the next available person but having to wait behind some one who isn't even in the store is a little silly .

I’m only giving one star because I have to. I just ordered food from there&they got my order completely wrong! Lady was SO BEYOND RUDE! I asked for lots of pickles, light mustard. I got NO PICKLES, LOTS OF MAYO! Ordered a Meatball sub with cheese, light sauce and toasted, got NO cheese, EXTRA sauce and it wasn’t even toasted, just soggy. Just had to throw away a $20 order because they couldn’t listen&kept interrupting. Would not recommend.

I'm not sure why a pizza sub wouldn't include pizza sauce....but my daughter and I had to go back through the drive-thru to get a replacement sub. The store was having some speaker issues. It would have been nice if someone had made a sign to put on the speaker to say "pull to window please". But those cookies...they was delicious!
