I rarely ever order subway but every time I get subway I get the coolest dude in the whole store who’s always making my sandwich with such precision and craftsmanship, watching something cool on the tv, recommending good sandwiches, and always randomly filling my brain up with knowledge. His name eludes me but if you’ve ever walked into this subway you know exactly who I’m talking about, he is not just a man but a journey!

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I admit it has been along time since I ate at subway. I was very pleased with the abundance of staff willing to do the hard work. Thank you all.

Rude, short and full of attitude! All displayed by Kayla whom I believe is a manager. I Will not be returning. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first two visits but today was it for me. I visit this subway routinely as I have a business in the same shopping complex. I would rather drive than to deal with her ever again

This subway does not offer gluten free bread so this will deter us from coming since only half family can eat here. Also, they were under staffed, only two people working with a large line and online orders coming in. They did work very hard and were very friendly. Only other complaint is that the person doing fly he toppings also did the register and did not change his gloves in between. Please offer a gluten free bread!!

Please remember that covid KILLED the food buisness and EVERYONE is understaffed. Be kind to our "essential " workers...they feel "expendable". GREAT JOB LADIES! KEEP YOUR HEADS DOWN LOW AND YOUR HOPES UP HIGH!!!!

Steven is the best sandwich artist in the world as far as I'm concerned. He was so meticulous about putting them together! He also had things exceptionally clean and provided outstanding customer service. I definitely didn't go in expecting such a wonderful experience at a Subway, but I can honestly say I had one here. Thanks Steven!

This location is very busy during the lunchtime rush, however I have always had a great experience with the dinnertime crew. They are younger and way more personable as they aren't as rushed during the night. Really love this location, when I worked in the area I ate at this Subway nearly every shift.

Place was great!
I’ve been coming here the last 5 months here and there.
The new GM Austin was so welcoming, since the management change I have noticed a huge difference in the freshness of their food.
I will definitely be returning more often!
